How We Work
Food safety and quality are at the heart of our operations. We collaborate closely with local authorities in every country we operate to ensure full compliance with regulations. Our global team of Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) professionals is central to maintaining our commitment to delivering safe, healthy products.
We have established a strong FSQA management system to ensure top-tier performance and thorough corporate oversight. The Global Head of FSQA reports directly to the CEO, while FSQA leaders in each business unit report to their respective Presidents, managing food safety and quality programs and ensuring regulatory adherence. At the facility level, we have a dedicated FSQA Manager and team. This clear reporting structure allows for swift decision-making and effective execution of initiatives, further reinforcing our oversight, particularly in the U.S.
Animal Housing Facilities
Ensuring safe, comfortable, and high-quality housing is a core priority at our facility. We recognize that well-designed living environments are crucial not only for the health and well-being of our poultry and livestock but also for their growth, productivity, and overall quality. By providing spacious, clean, and well-ventilated housing, we create conditions that promote natural behaviors, reduce stress, and support the long-term welfare of our animals.
Animal Health Oversight
Our family poultry farm partners carry out thorough inspections of both the housing facilities and the birds twice daily, paying close attention to ventilation, air quality, feed standards, eye health, and the mobility of the chickens.
In addition, our team of experienced technicians regularly visits each farm to ensure compliance with health plans and to share best practices for raising healthier poultry. Committed to continuous learning and improvement, we provide extensive training on animal husbandry and welfare, including quarterly meetings with farm partners to discuss the latest updates and advancements in poultry care.
